If you have already completed your onboarding task of uploading your photo for your Wesleyan ID, you do not need to submit a ServiceNow ticket.
The ServiceNow ID request form is intended only for:
- Current students requesting a replacement ID, or
- Faculty and staff requesting a new ID.
As an incoming member of the Class of 2030, simply completing your photo upload through your onboarding tasks is all you need to do. Your ID will be processed from the photo you submitted.
If you have already uploaded your photo, no further action is required.
